Embodied Archives: A Feminine Study Salon
Embodied Archives is an intimate, facilitated study salon grounded in Black Feminine Cultural Mysticism (BFCM). Each gathering convenes a small cohort to collectively examine how Black women have historically preserved, generated, and transmitted knowledge through embodiment, adornment, ritual, beauty labor, and cultivated presence... often in the absence of formal archives or institutional recognition.
This is not a course or a coaching program.
It is a salon: a space for collective inquiry, close reading, and thoughtful dialogue.
Each month centers a distinct thematic archive and offers two identical live sessions to accommodate different schedules. Participants attend one session and engage in shared study before and after the convening through a private community space.
