[AUGUST 21, 2026 | VIRTUAL] Embodied Archives: A Feminine Study Parlor

Embodied Archives is an intimate, facilitated study parlor grounded in Black Feminine Cultural Mysticism (BFCM). Each gathering convenes a small cohort to collectively explore embodiment, desire, beauty, memory, and Black feminine interiority through close reading, guided reflection, and thoughtful dialogue.
 
This is not a course or a coaching program.
 
It is a reflective study space rooted in softness, intellectual rigor, embodiment, and collective presence.
 
Summer 2026 centers a seasonal inquiry into desire and the many ways Black women experience, negotiate, suppress, reclaim, and embody it.
 
August’s gathering, Erotic Joy, explores desire as pleasure, beauty, play, delight, creativity, and aliveness. Together, we will consider what becomes possible when Black women experience joy outside the demands of survival, performance, and emotional restriction.
 
The session will take place virtually on Friday, August 21, 2026 at 7:00 PM EST.
